Programme Overview

Run during the school term, Find your Fit is designed to build confidence and participation of taiohi aged 12-18 years old who may not be engaged in other physical activity. Each programme runs two sessions a week, for six weeks. All gear is provided. We run two streams per term, female-only, and a gender-mixed group to meet individual needs. Numbers capped at 10 per stream.
