Programme Overview
Individualised mentoring to reduce the risk of re-offending, and to create sustainable wrap-around connections in their communities that support personal and whānau wellbeing and needs. Support may include completing Family Group Conference or Alternative Action plans, community service hours, and support into education, training, employment, and/or community pathways.
Who is the programme for?
Young people aged 10–18-years, involved in or at risk of becoming involved in the Youth Justice Sector (or siblings of those involved).
